Tyler has served municipalities as a Water Operator, Wastewater Operator, Laboratory and Sampling Technician.  He is a Certified Systems Engineer under Microsoft and a  member of the Computing Technology Industry Association.  A veteran of the United States Marine Corp and Army Reserves, he understands the value of teamwork and dedication. His college major lies in Broadcasting.

David Babb - Vice President

David holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and has over 23 years of hands on experience.  His background extends from plant operations, laboratory management, quality control, database administration, software development and website design.  David is currently serving as the IT Chairman for the Water Environment Association of South Carolina.

Wesly Allison - Secretary

Wesly is a veteran in the information technology sector.  He has over 23 years experience in the field and is certified as a Microsoft Professional and a member of the Computer Technology Industry association.  He earned a degree in Computer Technology with a specialty in hardware.  Wes currently owns and operates NetEve's sister company.

Dale Looper - Customer Relations Consultant

Dale brings 26 years of intergovernmental customer relations management and understands the need organizations have in order to provide information to staff and today's demanding rate payers.  He holds a BS degree in Agricultural Science from Morehead State University in Kentucky.  Dale firmly believes that morality and consistency are key factors of success both on the sports field and in business.

Sonya Ledwell - Customer Support

Sonya has worked in the local government sector for 6 years.  She has a Criminal Justice degree with Honors and is currently serving in the SC Army National Guard.  She is a highly motivated and energetic person that always go's the extra mile for her clients.  Sonya specializes in our website sales and support services.

Jeremiah Babb - Customer Support

Jeremiah attended the University of South Carolina-Upstate.  He has over seven years of experience in website design and Visual Basic programming and also served as Network Administrator for four years in a growing real estate office.   Jeremiah is a member of Gaffney Masonic Lodge No. 186.
